Because: "Courtesy, professionalism and kindness are the hallmarks of this salon. How often have we been ignored when we enter a business!! Not so in this salon. Both owner and receptionist extend a warm welcome. Coats are taken and the 'cuppa' is offered. Professionally, the salon runs like a well oiled machine. No shouted instructions to staff here. Each staff member knows exactly what to do. They discuss styles and any other queries with clients, thus ensuring satisfied customers leave Salon 2 to return again and again. Hygiene is a top priority. Clean towels are used for each customer, brushes and combs are constantly sterilized and floors are continuously brushed. What is a business without the human touch! Salon 2 has that. All age groups are treated with kindness and respect. However, the older generation do get the 'royal' treatment. Thank you Salon Two. When you step into the salon it's like you have been there many times before. Tea, coffee, biscuits and plenty of reading material are on hand. The salon is an 'Oasis' of calm and relaxation- a real treat and a get away from the busy day. They go out of their way to fit you in. If you have no appointment they will ring you if a cancellation arises. I can honestly say that it makes you feel like a new woman getting your hair done."
