Ah! Good Christian men rejoice indeed, January is here and the hectic period of Christmas over, the tree and the decorations put away until the next time (yes, I do use a pretend tree) and the assorted dinosaurs, colouring books etc. stashed in the playroom – thank God for that.

Hello again from the hills! Well, all back at school and I have to get up really early again to do packed lunches, clothes finding and constant cajoling to get the girls up, washed, fed and into the car by 8.40am at the latest for the 25-minute drive to school, and that includes getting myself organised as well….. moan, moan.
